Join us for international World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day!
People worldwide gather to share and practice these amazing healing and martial arts. Tai Chi and Qi Gong incorporate mindfulness into gentle movement and postures to cultivate better health, both physical and mental. The benefits are tremendous!
We will be meeting at Sutherland Bay Park at the base of Knox Mountain for free introductory classes suitable to total beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Schedule:
9am: Qi Gong
10am: Tai Chi
